Biography

Kristi Clemens is an accomplished student affairs administrator with over 25 years of service to the field.  With a foundational start in residential education, Kristi broadened her practice to include stints in Greek life, academic advising, and crisis management.  At Dartmouth since 2009, she created our undergraduate case management system and then transitioned to become Dartmouth’s Title IX Coordinator, revising the sexual misconduct policy and process and eventually overseeing all civil rights compliance for the institution.  After six years of compliance work, Kristi then became the inaugural Executive Director of Dartmouth Dialogues, creating a campus-wide initiative and national model to teach and practice the skills of constructive dialogue.  In her current role, Kristi will lead and streamline Dartmouth’s behavioral intervention and case management systems, strengthening how we support community members.
